House organizing is a very essential part of creating a comfort home. It required consistence planning, cleaning and putting things in place. Most of the time, personal hand-on in composing, relayout is key in creating a space that reflect my character for different season of life. Buying new things is never the first step, but the last. Keeping my eyes open... to know when is too much (time to throw things), boring (time to infuse some color or new things) or what is the missing piece in creating the new space I desire. Organizing home required me to step-out of the space to "empty trash" the initial image, identify the meaningful pieces and consider what are the message that I like to have at home. Then, dropping the wish-list into my memory system and planning my execution plan.
Most of the time, we check out pinterest, decor website for new tips and idea. I did that too, but on top of it...I have these reflection to be include or to remind myself in the new decor arrangement:
- To take good care of myself - health and emotionally
- To love those who's dear to me - spending more time and express in all possible way to make them feel my love
- To fast and pray for everything and anything, casting all the wants and needs to God. Stop worrying since I can't solve all my problems.
